UNDERSTANDING CLIENT NEEDS
With over twenty years of experience, I’ve seen a lot of networks, small and large, put together in many ways. In all that variety, I have picked up one constant. My clients rarely know what they have or how it all operates. Understandably, they’re often busy running other parts of their business. For them, if they can run their software at their desks, they are happy. But, what about those things you don’t see, like backups, redundancy of data, email security, health of server hardware, or secure access for teleworkers?

To answer these questions, as a starting point in our relationship with you, we perform a free one-hour site survey. And, after drawing up and implementing a top to bottom plan, only then, are we happy.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
By way of personal background, I hold degrees from UCLA in Economics and Geography. After graduating, I worked at KPMG, in Los Angeles, where I earned CPA and EA certifications. I moved to Northern California in 2000 to follow the dot com boom, managing the accounting for Silicon Valley Information Systems where I gradually did more IT work than accounting. I’ve earned certifications from Microsoft (MCSE) and Ubiquiti (UEWA). And, I’ve taken a year’s worth of Cisco coursework. Lastly, and something I hold important as to what has informed me as a person, I am an Eagle Scout.

We look forward to being given the opportunity to work with you in addressing your IT needs. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
